Every Wednesday I feature a fabulous wedding supplier in the south of England. From photography and cakes to event planning and entertainment, these are the people I love to work with and want to shout about!
This week, it’s Caroline from Amazing Face Wedding Hair and Make Up in Dorset. She is the make-up wiz and her colleague Elke is the hair maestro. They were one of the first fully mobile wedding services in the area and have years of experience between them. Caroline has even made-up the faces of royalty- see the exclusive never-before-seen proof below!
Describe yourself in three words:
Bubbly, humorous and reliable.
How did you come to work in Weddings?
I did my first make up to earn money towards my first car at 16 and haven’t stopped!
What do you love most about your job?
I love the part in our consultation when we have finished our hair and make up and the client looks in the mirror, is silent for a minute and then says “wow, I didn’t realise I could look as good as this “.
If you were getting married tomorrow what would you wear?
I would wear a vintage 20s dress with an amazing diamanté and pearl comb and I’d have a veil that capped my head, tied at the side or the back, similar to Lily Allen.
